We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services. Automatically collected information: • Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers) • Android Advertising ID (used by ad networks to serve and measure ads) • App usage data (alarm settings, challenge completions, crash reports) • Log data collected by third-party services (such as device name, operating system version, and app usage statistics) Information processed on your device only (not collected or stored by us): • Camera data: photos taken during photo challenges are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded, shared, or stored by us • Sensor data: accelerometer readings used for shake challenges are processed on your device only and are never transmitted or stored Information you provide: • Any content you voluntarily submit through support forms or feedback channels We do NOT collect location data, sensitive personal information such as financial data, health records, or government identification numbers.

We use the information we collect to: • Operate and improve Garage App and its features • Display advertisements through third-party ad networks • Diagnose technical problems and fix bugs • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience • Respond to your support requests or inquiries • Send service-related communications (e.g. important app updates) We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, sharing data with ad networks for the purpose of serving ads may constitute "sharing" under certain privacy laws (see Section 9).

Garage App is provided as an ad-supported service at no cost. The app integrates with third-party services for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting. These services may collect certain information automatically. They include: • Google Play Services: required for Android app distribution • AdMob (Google): ad serving and personalization • Google Analytics for Firebase: usage analytics • Firebase Crashlytics: crash reporting and diagnostics • Appodeal: ad mediation platform that may pass data to multiple demand partners and ad networks These third-party service providers have access to your personal information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Ads served through AdMob and Appodeal may be personalized (based on your interests and usage) or non-personalized. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your Android device Settings > Google > Ads and enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization." Garage App requests the following device permissions to provide its core features: • Camera: used for photo-based alarm challenges. Photos are processed entirely on your device to verify the challenge. They are never uploaded to any server, shared with third parties, or stored after the challenge is completed. • Accelerometer (motion sensor): used for shake-to-wake challenges. Sensor readings are processed on your device in real time and are never transmitted or stored. • Exact alarms and notifications: used to deliver your alarms reliably and on time, even when the device is in sleep mode. None of these permissions result in data being collected, transmitted, or stored by us or any third party.

We retain automatically collected data (such as crash logs and usage statistics) for up to 12 months. After this period the data is anonymized or deleted. If you contact our support team, we retain that correspondence for up to 24 months in order to provide consistent assistance. You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing garage.app.co@gmail.com. You can also stop all data collection by the app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process on your device.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our third-party service providers (such as Google and Appodeal) operate servers. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally approved transfer mechanisms to ensure your data is protected in accordance with applicable law.

Garage App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at garage.app.co@gmail.com and we will delete such information promptly.

The Garage App mobile application does not directly use cookies. However, third-party code and libraries used by the app (such as ad providers) may use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You can accept or refuse these cookies through your device settings. Our marketing website (this site) may use strictly necessary cookies to ensure it functions correctly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our website. Analytics, if used, are anonymized and aggregated.

Garage App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or via email. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
